Dennis Harold Benefield
Funeral services for Dennis Harold Benefield, 71, of Woodland will be held on Wednesday at Zion Baptist Church.
Benefield passed away on Monday, Nov. 3, at Tanner-East Alabama Medical Center in Wedowee.
- Survivors include his wife, Kim Stillwell Benefield of Woodland;
- one daughter, Kelly Vandagriff (Greg) of Bogart;
- three grandchildren, Brock Vandagriff, Anna Greer Hynes (Elijah) and Audrey Vandagriff;
- and one sister, Wanda Sloan (Jim) of Woodland.
Pallbearers will be Lamar Dewberry, Larry Raughton, Danny Williams, Nelson McCain, Kenneth McManus and Brock Vandagriff. Honorary pallbearers will be Jim Sloan and Randy Stillwell.
He was a member of Zion Baptist Church where he served as a deacon and was the owner/operator of Benefield Grocery in Woodland.
