TBIJ co-publishes its stories with major media outlets around the world so they reach as many people as possible.
Many of us work in journalism because we want to make a difference – to shine a spotlight on real-world issues that need to be changed.
For every issue we report on, there are often hundreds of people already working in that area – as well as many more people directly affected – who want to see change too.
But as journalists, we tend to work in our own silos rather than trying to harness that collective power.
We joined forces with others who wanted to see the system change for our investigation into employment tribunals.
