Hurricane Melissa Relief Efforts
Tamarac Commissioner is hosting a Day of Action to support those affected by Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica.
The donation drive will take place on November 5, 2025, at the Tamarac Community Center, located at 8601 W, from 7 a.m.

- Tents
- Flashlights
- Generators
- Canned and non-perishable foods
- Batteries
- Toiletries
- First-aid kits
- Sleeping bags
- Solar-powered lights
Only new, unopened items will be accepted.
Residents can drive through or walk in to drop off donations of hurricane relief supplies and non-perishable food items.
