According to CNBC, PayPal has signed a contract with OpenAI to integrate its digital wallet into ChatGPT, enabling users to effortlessly pay for discovered products.

OpenAI aims to transform ChatGPT into an e-commerce platform, leveraging its approximately 700 million weekly active users as a "personal shopper" service.
Previously, OpenAI announced payments via Walmart, Shopify, and Etsy in the US through Instant Checkout.
