“With me doing everything by myself as a single mother, and paying all the bills by myself, I really don’t have any money left over”.
However, with the help of the Empty Stocking Fund, Hall was able to give her children a joyful Christmas morning, which she described as a sense of
“a mission accomplished”. Hall encouraged other families to apply, saying
“the help is there”.
