AlphaTheta has temporarily pulled Pioneer DJ's CDJ-3000 firmware update due to reports of the software "deleting" playlists and tracks from users' USBs.
Several artists, including VTSS, SOSA, and Jaguar, complained of "disastrous" issues on social media after installing the Ver.3.30 update, which was originally rolled out on October 21.
AlphaTheta said it was "aware" of the issues and "sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
The company has halted the rollout of the update until further notice.
