Opposition Leader Alex Borg has taken a step towards full transparency by publishing a detailed breakdown of all expenses from his Nationalist Party leadership campaign, pledging accountability to the Maltese public.
According to the report, Borg’s total campaign spending came to €41,033.89, covering advertising, events, logistics, and more.
- €15,156.49 for advertising and promotional campaigns
- €14,717.40 for venue rentals and audio-visual equipment
- €9,360 for mail distribution
- €1,800 for entertainment, including the hiring of bands
