Michael Clark, facing a retrial for a 1994 murder, is seeking documents that link his case with the infamous 1996 JonBenét Ramsey investigation.
In new legal filings, Clark's defense team is attempting to link alleged Boulder police missteps in his case with the city's most notorious cold case: JonBenét Ramsey.
Clark was convicted in 2012 and sentenced to life without parole for the murder of Marty Grisham, a crime he has maintained he did not commit for over 30 years.
