Basalt Sells Isle of Man Telecom Provider
CVC DIF and Jersey Telecom have acquired Manx Telecom from Basalt Infrastructure Partners.
Infrastructure fund manager CVC DIF is investing through the DIF Infrastructure VIII fund.
CVC DIF has teamed up with Channel Islands telecom infrastructure provider Jersey Telecom (JT) to acquire Manx Telecom.
- Manx Telecom provides broadband, fixed line, mobile and secure data services.
- Founded in 1987, the company is headquartered in the Isle of Man.
- Customers include residential, business and public-sector clients.
CVC DIF did not disclose financial details of the acquisition.
