This special 270th-anniversary collection, La Quête (meaning "quest"), draws inspiration from astronomical observations and is enhanced with exquisite métiers d’art decorations.
The myth of Pleiades refers to the Seven Sisters of Greek mythology, transformed into stars in the constellation of Taurus and a vital navigation beacon for sailors of old.
The watches feature pink gold cases with 20mm-thick flanks meticulously hand-engraved in bas-relief, a process that takes 450 hours. The engravings depict vivid scenes from Greek mythology, with diamonds representing stars.
These artistic details were first showcased in the Armillary reference, exemplifying Vacheron's commitment to combining horological innovation with artistic mastery.
