According to reports, the incident occurred over the bye weekend, but the university has declined to provide specifics.

Update: Kirkpatrick was booked into Tuscaloosa County Jail on Saturday and charged with three counts of reckless endangerment, one count of attempting to elude, and speeding. He was released on bond.
A spokesperson from the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office confirmed Kirkpatrick's arrest and released his mugshot.
