Local Veteran Charged with Carrying Firearm with Revoked Permit
A well-known figure in Delco veterans circles, Cohen, 56, was charged with carrying a firearm after his permit had been revoked.
The incident occurred during a traffic stop on Garrett Road in Upper Darby for an expired registration. Officer Corey Hansen filed a criminal complaint stating that Cohen's Pennsylvania concealed weapons permit was revoked.
Cohen confirmed there was a firearm in the vehicle's glove compartment and allowed officers to retrieve it.
