Trevor Zegras is making a difference in Philadelphia, skating at over a point-per-game pace for the Flyers.
There was a perception that Zegras was one-dimensional, a social media star rather than a hockey player, when he left Anaheim.
He wants to be "known as somebody who is a hockey player,"
according to Zegras, who told ESPN about his desire to change his image during training camp in September.
Head coach Rick Tocchet issued Zegras a challenge, and so far, he has done everything to ensure things are different in Philadelphia.
The Flyers took a risk trading for the 24-year-old forward from the Ducks ahead of the NHL Draft in June.
