According to lead singer Jordan Miller, Vancouver is the only city to have sold out every single headlining show the band has played. This weekend's concert at the Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Arena was no exception, with the Juno-winning band's first arena tour packing out the venue.
The night began with Valley, a Toronto-based indie band and close friends of The Beaches. The Beaches, named after the Toronto neighbourhood where three members grew up, have proven themselves to be a force in Canadian rock.
