A new study has found the UK areas with the highest number of new build houses.
E.ON UK analysed UK government data to determine which locations have the most new builds, including the number of new builds started and completed in 2024-2025.
Towns with the Highest Rate of New Builds
- Uttlesford: 860 new builds started and 900 completed, with 9.79 completed new builds per 1,000 people.
- Watford: 960 new build completions, with 9.37 completed homes per 1,000 residents.
The data highlights the areas with the most new builds, with Uttlesford having the highest rate of newly finished homes per person in the country.
