Lindsay Sandiford, a 69-year-old British grandma, has been freed from Indonesian death row after 12 years.
Sandiford was arrested in Bali on May 19, 2012, with a significant amount of cocaine found in her luggage. She claimed she was forced to carry the drugs by a gang that threatened her sons.
Despite her appeals, she was sentenced to death by firing squad on January 22, 2013, and sent to Kerobokan Prison. However, an agreement between the UK and Indonesian governments secured her release.
I'm getting a 'second chance' at life and looking forward to returning to my family.
A worrying health update has been issued about Sandiford since her release.
