Three major labor unions sued the federal government to stop a social media surveillance program designed to revoke visas and green cards of immigrants with "hostile attitudes" about the government.
The program has suppressed free speech, targeting graduate students with pro-Palestine views, the lawsuit notes, citing that the First Amendment applies to everyone in the U.S.
