Steadright Critical Minerals Expands Titanbeach Titanium Project
Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. (CSE: SCM) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to purchase two additional exploration licenses contiguous to the TitanBeach Titanium Project in Morocco.
These licenses will add 32 square kilometers to the existing 192 square kilometers, bringing the total area to 224 square kilometers.
- The MOU agreement is with an intermediary, a research and exploration mining corporation based in Laayoune, Morocco.
- Steadright will pay up to $150,000 USD for the two exploration licenses.
The licenses will be added to NSM Capital Sarl, a Moroccan-run company, once the MOU purchase agreement is finalized.
