OCSO Responds to Potential Errors in DWI Testing Equipment
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) announced on Friday that it had found potential errors in DWI testing equipment located in Olmsted County.
The Olmsted County Sheriff's Office (OCSO) houses a Data Master Terminal (DMT) used by their office, the Rochester Police Department, and the Minnesota State Patrol to determine if an individual is under the influence of alcohol or over the legal limit to drive in Minnesota.
