Gallagher Securities Strengthens Structuring Team with Caroline Cassis Hire

Gallagher Securities, the insurance-linked securities (ILS) and capital markets broker-dealer division of reinsurance broker Gallagher Re, has enhanced its structuring expertise by hiring Caroline Cassis. She joins from Swiss Re, where she specialized in cat bond and ILS structuring.

This recruitment follows Gallagher Re’s recent appointment of Andras Bohm from BMS as the new Global Head of Structuring. Cassis will report directly to Bohm and will be based in New York.
